Motorcycle traffic violation - Cop pulls out gun

3/5/2010: Pulled over for speeding
4/7/2010: 6 Cops show up at my house with a search and seizure warrant for all of my computers, cameras and electronics.. They also bring an arrest warrant for "wiretapping" and 2 additional traffic violations. I could not go to jail due to health issues (surgery).
4/14/2010: I turned myself in and spent the night in jail. I was charged with "wiretapping." Felony- 5years $10k max fine. Bail set at $15k?
4/15/2010: Bail review - Released on my own recognizance.

As a matter of fact, until he said he was state police, the man riding the motorcycle had every right to kill the man holding the gun. He even had video evidence showing that the man did not identify himself, and that he pulled a gun and feared for his life.

When I go biking with a high powered machine (see my videos) I have to wear plugs.

So, in the US that situation goes down, a biker could blow that idiot to kingdom come.

In that situation you have every right to have the cop identify him/her self before showing your identification and what not. If they refuse you have to ask for there supervisor on duty. If they refuse that id call the police myself and ask for a uniformed officer to show up and diffuse the situation.
