I personally believe it is true that the attack was from russia, I don't believe there is any other enemies Estonia has at the moment. The country was a part of the Soviet Union at a time, and it seems to be very bad for the Soviet Union to have lost it. They probably want it back because the country is more developed than most of russia, and because of its access to sea :)
