@scrap222666 the symbol which is on the monument was never used before it was put on the emblem of SS, also the monument stands for the "cross of freedom" the award (which was never given to anyone) for participation in estonian civil war (some ppl call it freedom war) but it really was not estonians were killing estonians, russians killing russians from both sides on Estonian and Latvian territories.
