I recently made this for Christmas for my family and everyone loved it :) thank you so much mybugaboo for a wonderful recipe. I wonder if this can also work with Strawberries as well or other frozen fruit as well.

I'm glad your family loved it! And yes, you can use most any berry or fruit you want. But I'd do a little research first. Some fruit need specific ingredients to make them taste their best. Like cherries, for example. They need almond extract rather than cinnamon and lemon. Or apples. They need flour rather than tapioca. Whatever you do, have fun!

UUMMMMmmmm..... Thanks for sharing, but it is sad that you did not pick your own berries and make your own crust. I used to make pies from scratch when I was a kid. Maybe I will have to start again.

Ah, I see you're a real pro pie-maker. I totally agree about picking the berries. Nothing tastes like fresh wild berries. Nothing. As for the crust, that's an art unto itself. One I have to admit I've never mastered.
