Fred Phelps Protests Obama Children's School

If you think the crazies in the GOP are settling down, youd better think again. They revved up their efforts this past week to protest everything from abortion to healthcare, and some of these protests were even carried out at Sasha and Malia Obamas school. You cant get any more desperate than that. On the other side of the capitol, we had Michelle Bachmann leading the charge for a group of teabaggers outside the White House to condemn Obama and the Democrats for trying to get healthcare reform passed. Theres no question that the entire GOP has gone off their rocker. Joining Mike Papantonio is comedian Matt Filipowicz, who keeps track of the insanity of the GOP so you dont have to.

I think you need to do a little more research and you will find Gore only took Phelps' money. Once Gore got off the anti-gay band wagon Phelps turned against him and even picketed his fathers funeral. Phelps is not religious leader of any kind, he is a moron, bigot and hate monger. Hell look at at his many convictions. He has been arrested for assault, battery, threats, trespassing, disorderly conduct, contempt of court, and several other charges. One of which was assault on a police officer.

The Phelps family are liberal Democrats. Fred has ran for five primaries on the Democrat ticket. He has ran for Governor twice as a Democrat. He also worked on Al Gore's presidential campaign. The lawyers in the family are active in left wing causes. Fred Phelps Jr. hosted a Gore fundraiser at his home in Topeka and was a Gore delegate to the 1988 Democratic National Convention.
