@Surathan If you say so, fine man. I remember my conversation with the Dreamworks rep quite well about already having Ken Mellons on the air when he mentioned a "new" single in the mail from Lawrence. But again, I must be wrong because I only lived it and didn't take my info from the web. Have a great day!

@ottomayshun Yes, and I could have sworn I heard "Feel Good Inc" long before it hit the radio
But I was wrong, and you are too.
-
@Surathan what is your source? wikipedia? they never get anything wrong lol. believe whatever you want. i worked country radio at the time and had the Mellons single in my hands months and months before we heard Tracy was thinking of doing the version. Have a great day!

@jmac945 I love how stupid you are.
"Paint Me a Birmingham" is a song written by Buck Moore and Gary Duffy. It was concurrently released by American country music artists Ken Mellons and Tracy Lawrence, whose versions entered the country charts within one week of each other.
Grow a fucking brain.

@uncletomthall Ken and Tracy released their versions at the same time
is his the orginal, or a remake?

@barbidoll0 I can't remeber who did this first, Ken Mellons or Tracy Lawrence. Both are good though, in my opinion.
