It really depends on the program you're using your export settings could be screwy. Assuming you're uploading at 16:9 already, the main problem you may be facing is you have 480p clips instead of 720p and you aren't enlarging the clips to 720 (Or better yet using 720p+ clips) which is what your video work space is set up as.
Did you notice from 0:20 ~ 0:24 it looks fine? Did you use a different type of clip for that in size or do something to the clip?

@Korefox4 I had to download that from a youtube clip. And im using 720p clips in MKV format. I have to convert them to another format so i can import them to Vegas
