When i was a kid, i had the my first sony radio cassete player whos showed in the vid, and a toy drum pad. i loved them. i recorded cassetes and listened to the radio. damn, i hate the time!

I used to be the Manager of a Sony Centre, we had one customer purchase each and every My First Sony products, his hope was that it wouldn't be popular (they weren't) and over time he'd make a mint - a bit like collectors of early Jap tin toys. Wonder if he's sold them yet?

i remember they had this commercial on the my girl part 1 vhs! i remember a rare teaser trailer for my girl 2 also! i was like dang they already thought of makin my girl 2 and den they waited 3 years to make my girl 2! i wonder why no one has uploaded that teaser on youtube yet!

I have the "My First Sony" sing-along kiddie cassette recorder from 1991, the model number is TCM-4500 and it was an updated version of the TCM-4000.

I'm looking for a video of the VERY FIRST first Sony Walkman commercial ever. There was a guy bopping down the sidewalk to a sort of "whistling" song in the background. Way back in the day, we all thought we had died and gone to heaven when we had this new technology where we could actually carry around a huge tape player, with head phones, and listen to the same casette all day long. When I tell my kids about it they just laugh!
