Loosen up the chest and pectorals by placing your your body on a foam roller from your tailbone all the way to your head. Bring the arms to right angles toward the head and hold the stretch for about 30 seconds to let everything open up. For a deeper release bring the arms out to the side and slowly roll side to side while making sure to keep the body long and straight. This will open up the chest as well as loosen some of the upper back muscles as well.

  • Great post! I use a foam roller on my blog but I didn't do this stretch. This is great!
