New DVD from YMAA.com. The YMAA Retreat Center in Northern California is a kung fu training center, like a modern-day Shaolin temple. Master Yang, Jwing-Ming has selected a handful of students to live and train there with him for ten years. This nonprofit center was built starting in 2005, and the 10-year program began in 2008.

This DVD is the first in a series documenting the training at the Center, and offering a follow-along home version for those interested in learning authentic kung fu.
