Ive just educated myself about this condition and it is really saddening, definately the Cerebral palsy of felines...makes me sad...;( Good on the people who care for these beautiful creatures!

@jaraandrew100 It's because of the brain. I read somewhere that when they are born a signal from their brain to the legs and head doesn't connect so they can't walk as well as other animals. But, they are still awesome! I'd love to have one!

ok wait - was it brain damage or the cut whiskers that made him walk that way? if he's missing the whiskers because of cerebral damage then it doesnt matter if he had whiskers or not...

I'm pretty sure it couldn't walk right also cause half its whiskers were cut off (they're used for its sense of balance) the way it walks looks funny, but it's pretty sad

Love Smokey. He walks better than my Percy, another CH cat whom I love so much. People can F off that don't understand this kind of love. 21 is a ripe old age for a kitty. God love him!
