Telescopes have allowed us to look beyond our own solar system and make amazing discoveries. Now a new and exciting period approaches through the development of the world's largest telescope, the Square Kilometre Array (SKA).

So what is the SKA and what does the remote desert of WA have to do with it? We took a cosmic journey back in time as Professor Peter Quinn discussed the power and potential of this new technology to discover and unravel the mysteries of the universe.

  • Fantastic! I really can't wait to see data from this project in the future. I do hope that Aus gets the bid. Great presentation easy to understand for beginners (non-trained) I think you could have gone into a little more detail here and there. but this is something that the WHOLE WORLD should be getting exited about just like Apollo.
