your correct my brother, if you have a solicitor/lawyer represent you, you have to sign for him to do so (at least in England with a duty appointed solicitor), so by signing you are just contracting via joinder and passing your strawman person over to him. He is actually trying to defend your person which is what your trying to avoid in the first place.

Thawadah ahch... I've been to traffic court plenty of times... "presenting" myself and address the court as follows... I claim common law jurisdiction, I do not consent to a plea, and waive all the benefits of doing so, and I reserve all my rights... I've successfully gotten out of 3 cases in MD but never had success in DC... if you could email me ahch i'd appreciate getting your input on how I could polish up on my in-court skills... Shalam YAHAWAH ba ha sham Yahawashi barak ahthah!
