Actually, they should ALWAYS be nice to their customers no matter how retarded they might sound. The first mate was a good salesman. I think the reason why he moved him on to the next one, was because he didn't know anything about how many USBÉs :P there was haha.
Anyway, I love the phonejacker! :D
