believe me it is real..assistant of our sensei in dojo have 4.dan and 31 year old...he has so powerfull mae geri..I was holding the pad, and he kicked me with mae geri and I went backward about3-4 meters...it was not pushing....It was very powerfull..I felt the energy it that mae geri..and if you rush into someone with mae geri you can easly broke him couple of ribs..FOR ALL OF YOU KEYBOARD WARRIORS NOT BELIEVING IN THIS, GET LOST, YOU WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND CONCEPT OF MARTIAL ART

@gullmead This was a demonstration video. If his back leg had been locked, he'd have broken ribs and damaged internal organs. The whole point was to demonstrate how powerful a front kick can be...

his long forward stance is rubbish! that why he got knocked bak so far, back leg should be LOCKED not bent kudos for taking the kick tho

Hope that guy is okay, internal damage can be brutal. Although since he's a karateka, then he should be more condtioned, but still, don't want him to end up like that magcian, harry hudini I think.
