she was sooo young and i miss Flower sooo much like for season 1-3 i thought she would never go but she did and i am soooo sad:(

So Sad. Must have been so hard for the crew at the time that were following this to stand by and do nothing. Nature can be so cruel. But what a heroic mother.

meerkatguy, flower died in 2007, and they did help her.

actually in the book Meerkat Manor: Flower of the Kalahari by Tim Cluton-Brock
it has a complete timeline of her life and it says she died Jan 25 2005 at 5:43pm
and they did not help her because they said it would go against the nature of the show
