I think there needs to be a progressive removal of any sort of language that effectively separates people into "groups". To refer to someone having a "lifestyle" or someone being part of a "gay community" is a polarising action. Although for some, the use of homogenizing terms does provide certain and reasonable use, it can alienate those it refers to. Let's change the way we discuss people in the same way Policemen have become Police Officers and a Chairman has become a Chairperson.

A study was conducted where an overwhelming majority of those that disliked homosexuals on some capacity were in fact themselves homosexual or at least bi-sexual.
