@getcrunk43 before you spam, connect your iPod to iTunes and do a restore, then try again with the CORRECT steps.

when ever the fuck i try and do this i get a error 1604. do i need to downgrade to 3.1.2 before i upgrade it?

when i restore my iphone 2g with a whitedoor firmware, it doest have this kind of features it only change few icons in the homescreeen, there were no multitasking! please upload a video of a proper way to install this firmware

@goliprop i dont know if this will help at all, it probably wont. but for me (mac) i first went to downloads, and followed the links for my iphone unlocked 2g. after downloading i took the zip and opened it. after i could see the firmware icon on my desktop i stopped the unzipping so it wouldnt make these weird files on my computer. then i went into itunes and pressed option and clicked restore (i think its like press shift and click restore for pc) i then selected the file.

@getcrunk43 jsut follow the guide to solve errors in STEP3. Don't use capitals because firmwares are ok. You are wrong

in in itunes stays in restoring why???? i have iphone 2g with firmaware 3.1 with jailbreak

@mattewre I've tried to sn0wbreeze, redsn0w but I get error as ipsw can solve this error I can not aser with pwnedtool because I don´t have mac os x
