@duminicad ..with amd you get what you paye for too , cheaper but good cpu , i got my first one on 1999 i used it during 10 years before i changed my whole configuration , and my old cpu still work fine ...so with AMD you get what you paye for , stability and longevity and high performance ..a real deal!

@dabois85 well, it's known that in the process of creating the processors, issues occur, therefore they also have lame processors(i.e. Celeron), you can't compare AMD's top of the line with Celerons... let's compare top of the line from AMD with INTEL's and see what you get, this argument about AMD vs. INTEL is useless, rhethorical question: what processors do over 95% of the servers have?! INTEL!!

I recently watched some cpu benchmarks on the i7 985 extreme (Don't kill me if the 985 is really 965 or something cus IDC) and I was HIGHLY UNimpressed!
