I actually prefer this version to the reincarnated Sunset Boulevard form. The reduced orchestra and common time signature makes is more beautiful.

Wow, another Hot Shoe Show clip! there has never been anything like that series for bringing top quality dancing like this to a mass audience. I wish we had something of its kind these days.

Thank you for posting this. I love ALWebber. He is such a pleasure to lisen to. Oh, I used to watch her on General Hospital. Never new she could dance like that.

In case you don't recognize it, The music evenutally became the title song to "Sunset Blvd", but was also from "Gumshoe" and Maynard William's album. Nice clip!

It was a piece of music Lloyd Webber wrote for the soundtrack to the film Gumshoe. It ended up as the theme for the title song in Sunset Boulevard years later.
