SVI Trucks - Glendale, AZ Fire truck wreck

Pat Berkel brought Glendale, AZ's Heavy Rescue back to SVI for repair work after being rear-ended by a Chrysler 300 doing 65 mph.

What is a ladder tender? Looks like a heavy rescue to me!!

@engineco32 It basically is a Heavy Rescue, it just has a compartment in the rear of the truck that has storage for a bunch of different ladders, pike poles, etc.

@engineco32 an lt is compliment to a ladder truck, it has all the same equipment as the ladder with exception of the big ladders, it has extrication, salvage and overhaul, medical, and shoring, they use it to save the million dollar ladder trucks wear and tear, they primarily respond to medical calls and service calls in it or when a big ladder just isn't needed

@sviweb Thats amazing, especially since the truck took destoryed everything back to the fire wall. Course, the engine probably asorbed alot of the energy
