The year is 2039. One special agent and a tough superhero fight an evil mastermind - CAPS-LOCK to save the world from her vengence.
After Blond and Blackbird's capture, CAPS-LOCK explains to them her plan to destroy NASA and take over the world with her army of cloned chickens.
Blond and Blackbird escape and flee to the Empire of Japan to get help. The battle ensues killing the Japanese general. CAPS-LOCK reveals Blackbird to be a traitor since he is a human/bird. As Blackbird attacks blond, he pulls out a bomb- killing them all.
Their ghost appear and seperate to haunt other people.
Blond is haunting Melman.
