strictly speaking, they don't. I'm assuming the shells for Thomas' kit are made by RCI or Orange County. everything else'll be DW, i.e. the hoops and all that.

I fucking love the mars volta. i truly imaginative and amazing band. I have to be honest though, this sucks so much ass, it sounds terrible.

I know they specially made them for Tommy Lee and Thomas Pridgen. I personally own a Pacific Acrylic kit which is the only one I know of other than Scott Ellis'. Pacific makes acrylic snares, but that's the only available acrylic from DW that I'm aware of.
