A little known fact of this battle is that two jeep loads of Americans got dropped in with the Red Devils on the first day. What happened to the six or eight men is unknown. They are known to have landed safely but then just seem to have diapered without trace.

Great movie about a very tragic event. I visit the airborne museum in Oosterbeek at least once a year.
