Awesome! THis may just be my favorite U2 song. Sorry if that's sacriligious! Just magic and I gotta ask U what effect should I look for as I am starting to get a bit better (a bit at best) and want to veer off acoustic to electric soon. thanks and great post!

Nice to see you got the edge sideways pick style going.. it's that little scrape before the note that so many imitators miss. How do I know? I was The Edge for 3 years in a U2 Tribute band!

For the longest time I thought it was the edge of the pic (no, no pun), when i realized it was the jagged face of it.....everything I played just came to life. I couldn't believe I was making those sounds myself. All players will find the same. BTW why no longer in the band??? I can't see stopping doing that once starting :)

If Edge ever loses his hat and refuses to go on stage this man could step in no problem. Outstanding and shows me what can be achieved with a bit of determination and a lot of practice. Best I've seen on here.

I'll need a hat too my friend. I'm also hurtin' up top. :) I wondered if it was a guitar players' trait but then I looked at Hendrix and Slash. lol
