NEW YORK (YouTube.com/AdAge) -- Nestle Waters North America CEO Kim Jeffrey is not happy with the media coverage of the ongoing bottled water debate. In a Chicago speech to the Plastics Business Summit "Sustain 08" conference he marveled at how "one day a product can be touted as a success in promoting healthy habits and the next taken to task for its environmental footprint." His company is the country's largest bottled water marketer; its brands control a 35% share of the market

  • 1. Compared to bottled water, filtration is better in many ways. No plastic bottles produced. No water to produce the actual product.

Also, how does this guy get paid millions of dollars per year? This guy reminds me of my high school english teacher. He's not an exterordinary public speaker or his persuasive skills in his speach is average. Oh well he must be a good theif.

  • Tap water is disgusting and TERRIBLE for you.

They're trying to hit up both now, some companies use real spring water filtered.

Learn and educate yourself, DO NOT DRINK TAP WATER, find proper companies.

Jesus, google whats in tap water....

  • lol if the same product comes from the tap and is tested 299 times more a month then water bottling company's, why pay for it?

  • Let him re-do the speech without his bullshit spewing notes.

  • Here's what ufukkurt11 sent me when I said I'd make sure to buy the products he claimed are produced by companies owned by Jews: "and

i will be making sure to tell millions of people to hate jews for what they are doing?". Firstly, who the fuck do you think listens to you? Secondly, see firstly.

  • he is correct.. current system is costly and also an environmental headache..

recycling rate is too low..they need to invest in compostable bottles or bottles

that breakdown or disintergrate once the liquid is out of the bottle and not be

    an environmental pollutant
