  • Oh, man. I had a relationship like that in the past and she wanted to take it to the next level but I felt like you do: strictly platonic and casual. I eventually agreed and it was the most awkward relationship that ended very soon. I've since gauged very carefully platonic vs. casual compatibility because that kind of thing can muck up perfectly good friendships!!

  • @RedKingBadger I hear ya man.

  • You should marry her!!! It'd be a really good love story!!! X3

  • @1412Bunny Yeah and we'd be divorced within a month. She actually told me once that being in a romantic relationship with me would make her miserable. LOL!

  • the way you described your friend was almost insulting. when you said her sex was almost interchangeable, as a woman, I would be insulted, but I'm sure you didn't mean it that way. There is nothing wrong with being friends with a woman, no need to explain it away. But, hopefully you had a lot of fun when you went on your trip.

  • @dvorakfan1 I was just trying to be honest, not chauvinistic. Trying not to sacrifice clarity for brevity. She and I exercise a great deal of candor between each other. In other words, when we talk, we don't care about political correctness.

  • Love Ikebukuro and Sunshine 60 has my fave ramen place. I like the observatory they have for getting a good look around and they have different themes at times. Last May when I went there, they had the popular anime Basara as the theme with lots of stuff from the show and some actors dressed up in the costumes. The women were going wild to take pics with the main character Date Masamune. The also have a theme park called Namjatown with an ice cream and a gyoza attraction.
