As a San Diegan, the music makes sense. The pictures are of the mayor and other officials who allowed politics to get in the way of fighting these fires. The military helicopters and planes were not allowed to help fight. So, the military was gounded and unable to help because of politics from these people.

I'm just a firefighter, I cannot and will not comment on the politics in SD, Something I dont know anything about.I support my brother and sister firefighters. Prescribed Wildland Fire use isnt done often enough in Cali, that I do know. Salute.
