My Sims 3

I know I haven't posted anything in a while. I've been busy rearranging college things (I'm not going until the spring of 2010, long story of colleges not having my major), and I've been looking for a job to keep me busy. Plus, as you know, Sims 2 doesn't work on my laptop without crashing it!

Also, my birthday is on Sunday (September 20), wheeee! (:
I'll be 18, for those of you who are curious.

Along with college and birthday stuff, and yadda yadda, I've had lots of other stuff.
My cat died a while ago, and I've had him since I was very little. He was my main man and my partner in crime, and I took it pretty hard. I'm looking into getting a puppy, and it's harder than you'd think to find exactly what you wanted. (My cat was very much like a dog. He was SO affectionate and always by my side. I don't think I'll ever own another cat.)
My boyfriend and I have been getting very serious, and I spend a lot of my time with him. As of recently, I've been trying to pry out of him what he got me for my birthday, and he just keeps teasing me with it! It won't be here for a month or so (he ordered it off line), so I'll definately let you know what it is if you're curious (:
My sister's just started school. I don't get along with my sister, but hey, that's siblings for you.
My brother is learning to talk and he seems to only listen to me (he's a big mama's boy, so his mom pretty much babys him... but not me, haha), so I've been spending time teaching him words. He picked up how to say 'dog' really quickly yesterday. Now he stares at me and yells 'DOG!' when i tell him to stop doing something... little smartass.

So, I hope you enjoy my sims. The only reason I really posted this is because I'm obsessed with Jay's 'Let's Play the Sims 3' series. I strongly recommend that you watch those if you're a big sims fan. He's got the most hilarious commentary in the world. I don't know his Youtube name off the top of my head, so just search 'Let's Play the Sims 3' (:

there are probably mods you can download to get somekind of pet. I know i've seen them for Sims 2 before Pets came out!

just kidding, i like sims 2 better, too. not ALL of it, just most of it.. bahaha.

sims 2 sims are way prettier, imo. but this game offers a lot more to do.

if they could make them as pretty as sims 2, i'd be in loveeee!

sorry to hear about your cat :( my cousin's cats just died recently so i know how you feel. i grew up with them and it was really sad... :(
