The trick to this is to keep your feet completely flat, specially for a biggener. I just tried it for 5 mins and really got it! But it takes a lot of practice to keep the motion going for a long time..

I'm a beginner and I have a really hard time keeping the speed/rhythm (of one leg then the other) going. It's a hard move but I see why it's necessary to start learning it early... so much practice!
