  • I tried it tonight. It's very helpful to my painful ribs. Please tell me whether it's okay to feel my legs are under pressure and my knees are not able to touch each other as you instructed.

  • @helenaluo if your legs are under pressure, put a blanket on the floor underneath them. It doesnt matter is the inner thighs don't touch, but if they don't do not let them go wider than your hips. Otherwise that will pinch the sacrum and aggravate the lower back.
