  • @JuggernaughtJump this video is about dorsiflexion and about incorporating dorsflexion in jumping ! this is only technique part of a jump :)

  • The key to jump is muscle. The muscle in the foot and calf is very small. You need years of strength training/ body building and use supplements or eat more frequent. Do plyo however you want.

  • and i love people when they tell me that something with me sucks ! usually i am in the beast mode after those words..lol

  • what do you mean a complete V ? and its not a point in plantar movement the point is in DORSI movement :)

  • yes my foot is too much in planter position :( this does NOT happen to me when i do it full speed because it becomed natural ! but when i tried to do it slow it was hard lol so guys forgive me on too much pointing down and hope that you get a point !
