Shana Brady, the director of training for Punk Rope, demonstrates the arm cross, the cross and stick, and the double cross. These rope jumping moves are great for improving agility, coordination, and stamina. For more information about rope jumping and to snag your own rope please visit www.punkrope.com.

  • I have a question, I jump rope on the black padding on one of my parks or the pavement But everytime i do it has scratches like it's going to break is that normal?

  • @Mystikal22693

Most ropes don't do very well on pavement. You're going to tear them up pretty quickly. We sell a heavy one that's more durable but it's really heavy!

  • After three weeks of practice, I can finally do jump-jump-jump-CROSS-jump-jump-jump-CROSS consistently, yay! Now it's time to cut down on those in-between jumps :)

Your videos are enormously helpful and inspiring. Thanks a bunch!

  • @jetoze1

sounds like you're making great progress. that's awesome. aim to do one jump in between and then eventually you'll phase that out. by the way, our full length dvd should be ready in march. happy new year!

  • Finally i got it once. Ill pratice it more so i can do it continously (i think that word is wrong :P )

Thanks punk rope :) keep up the good work

  • @gBThod

excellent! once you get the timing down you'll be fine. keep practicing and let us know how you do.
