This Guy is a real asshole. He has no talent. His Circus Sucks. I came to Portland for the arts scene and this is the crap I got. WTF?!?...Too much bad fire dancing, AWFUL belly dancing, and REALLY bad circus! Is there any real talent in this town?...or is it just a bunch of bad "talent" and speed freaks?

Nequaquam Vacuum has been a rotating cast of people, denizens of music and noise collectives of all kinds sharing in this music that reaches to the core of human expressions pulled from nothing and nowhere, then made into something valuable for people's ears and eyes. He's now bringing forth culture americans need to see. Butoh, indian music, chinese music, fire dance, all sorts of things. He's an artist who brings other artists to the limelight and keeps them there.

This is definitely the coolest video of me on the Internet. Tom D'Antoni is a credit to the world of journalism, and indeed the world in general.
This is also the only solid document I've seen of the golden age of the PAN / Nequaquam Vacuum collaboration. The troupes did maybe 30 shows during those years, and I've never seen any of them.
