Ice fell from your car? So what! it happens!!That guy is an idiot! His stupid car should be in a garage! They way it looks, it seems like he does not own the car. If he did he would be talking to you and realy letting you have it.
Sorry for the long comment but I hate people who think they are better just cus they drive some shity car that they paid too much for and then they are the same asses that complain about the way things are going with their money.
