@Joseph7033 - Joseph - I'm not much of a teacher. I know the chords changes are out on the web already - one place is at ultimate guitar.
I did it in G which I think was the Beatles key - I don't remember for sure. But you can use the transpose function on that site to get to G. The intro line and the harmony parts are pretty easy lines to pick out by ear. Good luck!
