careful with the fast reps if you're using too heavy of weights... reason is that, the reason that you injure your back is because your muscle fatigues for just a moment, and the weight causes it to bend and the weight all goes on the discs... it's good to go fast for endurance, but just be careful :)

this workout does ur whole body ... the chin up ur suppose to use ur body ... to get u up there not isolate ur muscle...NOOB!!!!

bad chin ups! i dont consider that a rep if your going to wiggle your way like a worm and not have full ROM. but otherwise crazy and like setup
