Great concept - needed to be done. Needs smoother editing, though, in future editions. Nora has the best version - all things considered. At the risk of sounding whiny, (which I probably am,) Nora was given short shriff - some of the most moving parts of her rendition were not included and she was relegated to a series of stock hallelujahs. Anyway, thanks for the vid - really enjoyed it.

Actually i´m getting pretty bored with this discussion so i´m would be more than happy to wrap it up right now but now i´m a little curious. What are some of your favs ? Maybe there´s a chance we actually agree on something.

wackerguy, you're going you rape a common fallacy list before you give this up, ain't you?

Just because I have some critical notes against the voice of Mr. Nilsen (not Mr. Nilsen himself because him cracking his voice is a precise decision he has choosen for motives we can only guess, and my guess is it's economy. Flaws and errors sell) doesn't mean I think everybody must sing exactly the same.

I guess you would call my favs boring music, but it is close perfect singing techinques.

So what you are saying is that everyone should sing exactly the same for them to be any good. Kurt sings with feeling and has his own way of singing and that´s what makes him special. I would pick a good singer with feelings over a boring singer who´s best singing quality is holding a note. You must really listen to some damn boring music.
