mayweather vs canelo? Great fight if you ask me! a defensive boxer vs an agressive boxer! Canelo has some type of defense but i see mayweather has no type of offense. So i think ima have to go with Canelo.

Canelo can beat mayweather. Mayweather is overrated by US media that wants to have a hero due to the lack of champs. He runs too much and doesn't have that many fights so he can keep his 0

Cintron never learned how to defend himself. Horrible defense is what should symbolize Cintron's career. I honestly thought this was a huge mismatch and should not have happened. Cintron might be a gifted athlete but in boxing you need to know how to protect yourself.

when he used to fight a little more often he fought guys much lesser in caliber than canelo, who is young and untested but has raw talent and comes to fight, it would be good to watch, much better than floyd running circles agaisnt ol shane, or baldomir or the late gatti, and a few other boring fights, this would be exciting and even if floyd pitches a shutout he is fighting at 154 against a young man who can bang, just the suspense of it would be worth it, floyd needs all he can to gain legacy

@flyinghotwing he wouldn't be a test for mayweather? what test has canello had? he's fought ALL BUMS until this this point. name one top 10 contender that he's faced? he he has a title and is offering title shots to bums. so we don't even know if he can fight at this point. his toughest opponent was carlos baldomir and he has like 12 losses. everyone loves to bring up the fact that someone can hit hard. but if you can't land the punch then so what. floyd has been hit hard 2wice in 42 fights

@ricotony86 mayweather is not going to fight Alvarez because he is going to retire 3 more times and then is going to say that alvarez dont deserve to fight him and then he is going to run for the mountains and hide under a rock

@GabeLoser I think he's going to have trouble with someone with footspeed as well. But, I see his defence improving and his ability to position himself is interesting. He does a lot with a little when it comes to his own footspeed.
