Kris Kobach, your policies will not help illegal immigration. Maybe we should look at the root of the problem, aka, our foreign policy and Mexico's corrupted government that we have enabled. Hmm. Also, maybe our capitalist food companies shouldn't drive buses to poor impoverished Mexican communities and bring illegal immigrants to the US to work. Let's also consider the US citizen as the number one drug consumers in the world. which promotes illegal carry of marijuana from Mexico. Fix that.

California already has a loophole medicinal use marijuana. my brother has "seizures" and got a marijuana license so he can get high.
California already has legislation being written to allow distribution, manufacturing, and sales.
