@NBertuzzi Dude. Calm the *FUCK* down.
-
Hows that arrogance? He simply didn't believe in the superstition and went on to win the Cup. Besides, the year before they didn't touch it and lost in the Finals.
-
it's almost like there's no such thing as curses or superstitions or myths or any of that bullshit.
-
@Jmatts16 The Canucks won the Western Finals in '94 in Game 5 double overtime and lost the finals ... does that make double OT game 5's a curse too?
There is no curse.

There is no curse. So stupid.
-
trevor linden hoist it above his head in 1994 thats why the canucks lost in the finals its not a curse if you just toach it only raising above your head . and the top of the cup fell off bad luck
-
how is that arrogance? it worked for them and it worked for mario. plus max talbot touched it 2 times....HOW many game 7 goals did he get?:)
-
@justrun62689 Dunno about that. Lemieux hoisted like it was the cup.
-
@NBertuzzi Well, to your argument there. Lidstrom didn't touch it as well. One team has to lose -__-
-
@PruePeyton2 he didnt touch it the year they lost.
How about putting this myth to rest. IT IS NOT bad luck to touch the Prince of Wales trophy. Scott Stevens touched it, Mark Messier touched it and Mario Lemieux touched it. The curse is when you hoist it, raising it above your head.
