  • I like this training idea. I will try it as well. What I have been doing thus far, and I do this with form practice as well, is when I push I don't move my shoulders or elbows, but let the transfer of weight move the arms forward. But it is still easy to transfer weight without transferring power, it can become an empty transfer which most people's forms do, so I like your explanation of also thinking of the power going up.
