Five ways to get snakes: we go down the list of what we feel are the top five best things you can do to convince your parents or significant other to allow you to get a snake. This may not work for all people, but we have seen that if you try them all you're chances are much greater then not trying them. Let us know if this works for you.

hey im trying to convince my mom to either get me a bearded dragon, ball python, or corn snake. i know alot about all 3 of them but id rather a beardie or ball python. they still keep saying no, but we are going to a reptile show next month and theyll probaly let me after im like aww look its a pastal ball python! i think angel would be a good name for her! or whatever

i have no chance of keeping a snake at all but i just secretly bought mine! dont do this to ur parent. lol its bad but yeah. after i bought mine.. and they found out.. i just told them ive known all the stuff about them and i can take care of them.. thats kinda convince mine that they r not so bad for a pet and now im having 3 snakes and 3 leopard gecko!

while i was growing up i always wanted a snake. But ofcourse my mom would not allow it and my dad was ok with it but would stay on my moms side of the arguments we always had just because of her not understang snake and being scared of them. I said later mom and moved out that is the best way to convince your mom, dont give her a choice in the matter. ha ha ha but know that i have 4 snakes, geckos, and chameleons she likes to come over and hold my first and largest snake a six foot 2 year oldboa

I want a snake sooooooooooooooooo bad I have a cockatiel, two budgies, a hamster,a guinea pig,two aquatic frogs,and a fish and I take wonderful care of them!!!!!!!! and I tried to trick her with a photo of a corn snake and said it was a worm but she knew what a corn snake looked like :(

Damn i'm trying to covinse my parents to get my a little cornsnake, but the keep saying "ITS MY HOUSE AND I DON'T WANT A REPTILE IN MY HOUSE!" but they even don't want to hear thats a snake isn't what the media makes them. We went bowling and i said" If i win, can i get a snake?" and my mom said " yes, i'll buy you a python, a large venomous snake" That shows that people just don't know ANYTHING about reptiles!

iv already done all of this!! im 16 and i want an Okeetee Corn snake and my mom says No, and her reason; "I dont want one. Its my house i pay the bills. You can get one when you move out." my response; "Its not for you its for me and i would take care of it and pay for it" i already take care of all our other pets too :( but i enjoy it so i dont care :) and its not like im asking for something HUGE. i only want 1 corn snake. HELP MEEE!!! i dont want to wait like 3+ years to get my snake :(

Well the way I got my snake was I said can I have a small snake and my mum said ok so I bough a baby Burmese python and now it's massive and she is scared to not let me get more in case I let it eat her Ps keep up with the show good work guys
