A little tribute to my Dad, who landed D+10 on the beaches of Normandy, France, June 16. 1944. And to honor and remember all who have served and who still sacrifice for our great Country.

  • Thank you, Hudsonboy100! I'm sorry to hear that of your GGrandpa....We share a similiarity...My own Grammpa passed away from lung cancer when I was just 5 or 6 years old.

  • Nice touch, I served 4 years, My Dad,did 20,he was in ww2 and korea, he was a Navy man,never got to meet him,he passed hen I was 2 years old, I have all his paper work on wich Ships he served on,thats all I know from my Dad
