I remember when we were studying English literature in high school, this movie along with some others based on classic novels was playing at a repertory theater on the other side of the city, and our teacher let everyone in the class pick the movie they wanted to see and then arranged field trips so each of us could see the film we picked. This was one of the choices, but I picked "Pride and Prejudice" instead. Wasn't sorry, but good to see this one now - much easier to see old movies today!
One thing which struck in my eyes in this part and along the film are those stonewalls= drywalls
which don't looks Yorkshire style at all. Look for examp 3.05 those stone looks been cut. No halfway throughband, which keep it stand and together, no coverband above last layers. And coping on the top should be vertical and a bit leaning. I am not Yorkshire man not even from UK. but thats my notice.
Thank you so much!!!!!!!!! Love this film. Nothing less than a masterpiece.
