@whitemanwaydownsouth The race of the "New Black Panthers" (they are NOT the real Black Panthers) has NOTHING AT ALL to do with the charges being dropped (nothing was "brushed under the rug") This was dropped because THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF A CRIME. Yes, they shouted at a few people, NOBODY was prevented from voting, and given the THOUSANDS of black voters disenfranchised, this racist tempest in a teapot deserves ZERO attention from the Justice Department.

there are any number of reasons why holder or any other prosecutor might not pursue a case. I actually don't agree with holder's decision either, but it is ONE CASE. is there a PATTERN of this kind of decision from holder? I'm sure if there were other similar cases fox news would be all over it. did you listen to what the BP leader said about the obama admin? "same page"? really?
