You must have made this video exclusively for me, Joel. Going to my first Labour Day Game as an ex smoker and to be honest, I was dreading all the triggers that I will encounter, but I must learn to break the association of football and smoking. I have the option of cocooning myself inside and watching on TV but that would be shrinking from facing a percieved fear. Right about the yard work too. I don't enjoy it as much anymore but that's another thing for now I will learn to do unfettered.
