You're either deliberately lying or just plain wrong. Lookup Göbekli Tepe in Turkey. It is the world's oldest known religious structure, dated to before 9000 BCE.

Nevalı Çori (also in Turkey) is from about the same period.

These sites clearly show that civilisations existed long before 4000 BCE.
