1st Time to Eat Balut

**THIS VIDEO WAS MEANT FOR MY RELATIVES IN THE PHILIPPINES**

I went to picnic this past weekend with our Filipino Student Association (FSA) at Bellarmine. Near the end, we had a food eating contest, and each team had 2 participants to eat Balut. Balut is a Filipino food: it's a premature duck still inside it's egg. Some Balut wait until the duckling is almost fully formed, and some have the duckling just barely formed. So Filipinos eat both the duckling and the egg around it as a compliment with beer or some other drink.

when i was a kid, i eat balut a lot... but now... i dont eat anymore... heheh
