This was so wrong og CPS! Any sane person shoulc be able to tell the difference between innocent bathtub photos and child pornography! It just shows that we're becoming more of a police state. I hope this family sues CPS as well as Walmart!

yea i herd i story similar to this.. a mom loved to take pics of her childrens accidents like cuts an gashes to remember those moments an then shitt breaks out like this.. accused of abusive parenting

CPS does this and worse every single day. They lie to the press and the public, they fabricate evidence (e.g., drug tests which supposedly show a mother is a drug abuser), they are full of criminals and perverts, and they violate the highest law in the land every day. CPS is like a rotten apple, teaming with maggots. It cannot be reformed; it must be abolished.

I don't know if this is true, but one [national news] report said that these parents are listed as sex offenders, complete with pictures on the state website and all. What is scary about this is that Walmart is getting sued. I believe any employee developing photos that make them uncomfortable should be obligated to make a police report. However, the handling of this kind of accusation needs discretion and sanity, and above all DUE PROCESS. The lawsuit should be against the state agency!

I forgot to mention the sex offenders part, which actually makes the whole thing more ridiculous.
The pictures were attached with the article, and they were not child pornography. Police should have taken one look at the pictures and thrown out the case, but the fact that one uncomfortable Wal-Mart employee had such tremendous power over their lives is disturbing.

Well... Now I just hate people that much more. Another great video! Thanks for helping us hate CPS! Was anyone reprimanded after they learned the images weren't pornographic?
