And, there -is- an NES emulator that use the barcode feature.

This is pathetic. You didn't even do research about the game. Look at the video response by BrYaN5555, it explains how the game works. Also cursing at people for no real reason is pathetic too. Please grow up.

And this game was also available on the Super Famicom.

This reviewer is totally ignorant like a lot of American kids. This game kick started Pokemon and the whole collecting fighting monsters craze. It was meant to be used with a BARCODE READER. I dont like this type of game but I appreciate what this game started. If you lived in Japan this game and the barcode battler machine it plugged into made a lot more sense.

Part 2 Of My Bitching:
The game is a lot of fun, you scan in barcodes to fight against monsters, you just need to be able to have the accessory, not play it on an emulator, and speak Japanese.
One more thing, people did still make Famicom games in 1992, they just weren't as popular or successful as the Super Famicom.
Bottom line, if you don't speak Japanese, don't review Japanese games.
Bitching Complete.

Part 1 Of My Bitching:
In Japan, students are required to learn English in order to use any sort of Computer. You don't think of Robots when you think of Barcodes? Well, do you think of Plumbers who fight turtles, collecting mushrooms, and flowers on their way when you think of Mario? You wouldn't have before you played the game. I have the game myself, I speak fluent Japanese, and have the Goddamn Barcode Battler accessory that is required to play the game.

I agree with the two comments below me. You really got to do your research before you do a review, especially for a game that is in another language. So don't complain it isn't working when you are using an emulator and don't speak Japanese. And cussing repeatedly like that isn't cool. after a while, it just sounds stupid.

Also, you are not funny. Don't play a Japanese game and complain that it's all in Japanese. Your comments in this video are pretty. You are on the internet, so it's not that hard to look things up. Judgeing by the tenor in your voice, you are at least old enough to show some respect for other cultures.
Game isn't broken. To play it for starters you need to play it on a Famicon and not an emulator. Then you need the toy Barcode Batteler II that can connect to the Famicon.
Then you can scan barcodes and it will make a monster for you to use in the game to battle with.
Really, how hard is it to do a little research on a game before you make a video about it?

your voice really shill and annoying and large amounts of profanity will not make you sound any less immature all it accomplishes is make you sound more annoying
